Well the vibration on my Torch 9800 was working perfectly fine.
Once I decided to open it up to change the housing on it I stopped after 2 steps. (just taking the screws off, nothing too extreme).
However, once I put the phone back together, I realised the vibration had stopped working.
Now I don't know if opening the phone caused this or just occurred.
Is anyone able to tell me how to fix this problem as I really need it sorting.
