Default used-to comfort applications needed!!

well, ive got my new 9800 for some few weeks now and ive really got to know him, it is answering for your needs and gives you the practicability of phone and escaping zone.

as a user of N95 for years i have to say that the N95 was the best phone that ever was in my disposal.

now, im missing stuff like a good task manager- one that i can really manage the background apps from, closing them and such.
a multilanguage caller id speaker, and maybe a simple application that controls the music player in a click of a button- like the other slider of the good old N95.

do you know at least one of those apps that can be downloaded for the 9800?
do you ever miss some old stuff from your last phone?

thanks for investing time!!

Task manager? Pffft. You can check running processes via Application Management in the options menu.

Want to seamlessly switch between apps? Hold down the BlackBerry button for a few seconds. Want to end an app? Press the arrow button.

Multilanguage caller-id speaker? Dunno any apps.

Want to change the songs on your music player without touching the screen? Press (and hold briefly) the volume rocker buttons. Up to go forward one song, down to go back.

...My last phone was a dumb phone. I miss nothing.

hahhaha thank you, that was an awesome answer! and informative!

about the music player shortcuts, i will try that ASAP!

the reason ive asked about an alternative task manager is because id like to close the apps runnin on the spot and not by getting back to them and find the "close" button..

"...My last phone was a dumb phone. I miss nothing. " haha so, whyd you choose the 9800 eventually?

thanks again!

I chose the 9800 because it was a BlackBerry. I know, not a good answer. The keyboard is just awesome on BlackBerries.

You're welcome!
