Upgrade Torch Not Working

Hello,

I have downloaded 6.0.0.723 and not able to upgrade (currently 2647) from desktop software. When I select device --> update I get "there are no Blackberry Device Software updates available". And this is after I ran the new 723 .exe. Am I doing something wrong?

There is more than 1 vendor.xml file. You need to delete all of them. There are plenty of existing threads so searching should give you the additional info.
