So I plugged in the phone and backed it up no problem. Went to go update the software. Said back up complete. A error message came up. Something about USB connection. I checked the Power management on my USB on the device manager... all fine. I hit try again. And now its stuck on the 2nd option of Connecting to ROM. Bar hasnt moved in a long time and the boot screen on the blackberry hasnt moved in a while either. What do I do. I dont want to unplug it and its unuseable.
