I have the blackberry torch 9800 working on software version 6.0 bundle 695.... It was locked with AT&T carrier, but i got it unlocked .... Now i wanted to upgrade it to bundle 2647, will this remove my unlock and will i have to get it unlocked again after update or will my unlock remain intact ....

If i have to unlock it again after update then how can i do it ????

and last ... is there anyway to get upgrade to version 7.x on this model ????

Once a device is unlocked the change is permanent. Upgrade away.

The 9800 hardware will not support OS7.
