I have a friend who has recently purchased a Blackberry torch 9800. The service provider for this phone is rogers. he also still has a curve with bell as the service provider. this is the first time he has traveled with the torch phone into the usa, and bbm is not working after he crosses the boarder. but will still work on the curve phone. He tried contacting rogers and of course the answer was we dont know and there is no solution to the problem. So i would like to know if anyone has had the similar issue, and if there is a way to fix it?
