    does anyone no how to transfer all my contact from my Tour which is cdma with no sim card to my new Torch with sim card. i cant do it using blackberry desktop software. thanks

    Back it up on Blackberry Desktop Manager and restore it back onto the Torch when you get it.

    When doing a back they are done by default. Doing a sync is another matter. What exactly are you doing?
