Transfer sms texts

How do I transfer my text messages from my Samsung Omnia 7320 to my BB Torch 9800. I've been able to save my texts on my computer in the *.nef format but not sure how to transfer the messages onto my blackberry. The BB Torch is my work phone and needs to have those messages on there.

Is there any way to convert those messages to an excel format?
