ok. when i create/send/or delete a text or an email, the touch screen icons do not work at all. what's up with that? i've powered down, did a battery pull, etc.
So i am assuming the screen works for everything else? Sounds like software is corrupt if thats the case. First try to do a battery pull and keep the battery out for atleast 30 seconds, if that doesn't work then I would recommend backing up you info and reinstalling a new os since if touchscreen works the rest of the time certain portions of ur os may be corrupted.
