is there anyway i can make the blackberry vibrate when i touch the keys and can i make the keys bigger

No to both questions.
No way to make the key taps vibrate. There is a "tone" option, but it sounds obnoxious and gets quickly aggravating.
And the size of the on-screen keys (in full qwerty mode) is fixed. You can try the reduced keyboard layout, known as SureType. It works very well once you get used to it. Unless you have a recent OS build with the bug that keeps the SureType mode from sticking and goes into multi-tap mode regardless of the settings.
