I was given a 10 month old 9800 Torch and discovered the earpiece volume was almost nil, even tho it was on full volume ! I sent the phone in for repair as it is on warranty yet, and they have sent back info they want $156 dollars to fix the phone , due to corroded.The phone has never been used in wet conditions, or had any liquid spilled on it !!! Are they tryin to screw me over ,??? Other wise the phone works fine !!!!

Sorry about this first post, guess I should have done a forum search , But I am still thinking,after reading all the previous posts on other threads, I am getting screwed over !!!!
