I have a Torch on Tmobile. Email, texting and internet work great. The problem i'm having is some apps work great updating over internet / wifi but some apps will only update over wifi. all the apps were downloaded from BB app world (CNET, AP NEWS ). I've tried tinkering with the connection type in the app to no avail. If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

It is possible that the EDGE network is too slow for the updates to successfully download.

maybe since the Torch is 6.0 software. i had a storm 2 previously which aslo only used edge / EDGE and the same apps updated fine.
