torch problems

just wondering if my torch has a problem, everytime now it always shows the loading sign in the middle that little clock and its so annoying is there something i can do or is this normal

Sometimes a battery pull helps. With the phone turned on take the battery out. Wait 60 seconds, reinsert the battery.

If still having trouble push and hold the BB button to see running apps. Close from menu those that are not needed. Some like browser and phone are always running in the back ground.
