Hi

So I've been religiously clearing my event log history to help keep my device running smoothly. Then about a month ago, I can't do it any longer. I've seen that others have the same issue where the alt LGLG no longer brings up the event log.

So I called Rogers and they asked why I wanted to do it- like it's any of their damned business. Besides, that question immediately sent up a red flag in my head.

So they took me through yet another useless security wipe. It still doesn't work.

So this is the last time I'll start a sentence with "SO"...

The only thing I can recall happening around when this event log deletion stopped working, was a recent minor OS update...

Coincidence? I doubt it.

Does anyone know how to correct this (other then my deleting this OS and putting in the older one), or know of another way to delete the event log history?
