I don't really know how to describe it, but there's a film, paper or plastic that's sliding over the shutter and it's been getting progressively worse.

I'm on contract with rogers and I've had this phone since 2010 Dec 10~

The camera still takes images fine, but probably not for long.

What would be the best way to get it fixed?

did u try taking it back to rogers? that is a part sliding in front of the camera lens you will want to send it back and get a new one or open it up and move the part out of the way. You are probably still within the 1 yr warranty for repair so contact rogers.

I just arranged an exchange for it, that didn't take long.
