hi on my torch the browser stays active or open in the background. Ill hold menu to see background running apps and I can close most , most of the time. but when i click to open the browser back up and i hit menu I find CLOSE BUTTON no exit button and the close button, back button, or red button, none will completely close it.. any suggestions?
also I have a new 'app' running in background that says 'MEDIA' i click on it and phone just freezes.
Im prety familiar w my bb, and Ive done batt pulls etc.. but nothing.
any help would be appreciated.
The Browser, Home, Phone, Messages, and Blackberry Messenger will always be in the "Switch Applications" menu and will essentially always be open. As long as your browser doesn't go back to the web page that you were on after you close it then it is closing properly. I don't know why your phone would freeze for "Media" though. Corrupt memory card?
