Every blackberry I had when I exit the browser app and don't close the page or tabs, regardless of when I came back it would be right where I left it. With the torch if I leave the browser and come back even 5 minutes later it is back on the home page and my tabs are closed. Is there a setting I am not checking here? I tried googling this and found nothing. Maybe it is not a big deal to anyone else! But it is driving me crazy

If you close the browser with the Escape/Back key, it closes the tab or window you're currently in. If you close it with the red End key, your active tabs should still be there when you open the browser again.

Menu - options - uncheck closing tabs on exit n closing browser on escape

That should do it
