Hi, I hope that someone can help me.
I have an issue with the touchscreen. When, for example, I press 8, then 2 and 8 appears in the "text box" or if I press V, then T and V appears in the "textbox". What appears to be happening is that it takes the number or letter that I press and also the corresponding number or letter directly from the top line above. It doen't happen with the keypad, only the touchscreen.
I have to take out the battery to re-boot to clear it.

Any ideas please how to reslove this would be appreciated.

Your touch screen must have been damaged. Did you dropped it or applied pressure accidently to it?

Thanks for the reply Buttwaris.......not knowingly have I applied too much pressure. I certainly haven't dropped it......It's weird that it doesn't happen all the time.....to be fair, it happens less than it doesn't but it is a pain when it does.

Like keeping you cell fone in back flap of jeans, what about rest of the gestures? Like zooming etc? Does those work? You could also try a wipe and then reinstall its OS may be that works lucky man..!
