    I initiated an OS update using DM (desktop manager) earlier today, and it has been stuck on the Restore step, Database BBGroups(9 of 13 items) for about 4 hours; all prior steps (backup, install & reboot) completed within 1 hour.

    I did a full backup (DM) as well as directory backups before starting the update

    Any ideas as to what might be going on, and more importat, what I need to do? Thanks!!
