I have a client who is just got a Blackberry Torch 9800. They are using BES. She also wanted to setup her yahoo account as well. Apparently when she got the phone, she went ahead and setup her yahoo account. She said that initially there was a place in email setup for Enterprise Activation but now that she has her yahoo account setup, when we try to go back into email setup enterprise activation is no longer an option.
Is there any way to go back and do enterprise activation or do we need have to completely reset the phone to factory defaults and start from scratch? Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give.
Don't you just have to pull the battery and check under options/advanced options again? Sometimes I've noticed that one needs to reboot twice to get EA option to reappear, but it did eventually for me.
