Torch 9800 - Configuration wizard to set BIS mailbox is freezing
Hi everybody,
I have a BBY Torch 9800 originaly from Bouygtel which is a French carrier. I have changed from Bouygtel to Free, another carrier. The BBY option is activated, I received my mails, but when I try to access to the mailbox settings using the configuration wizard, the BBY keeps on freezing.
Nevertheless, I have been able to set up this mailbox using the carrier's BIS url.
What I have already made:
soft reboot
hard reboot
wipe and OS downgrade, still freezing
Actually I am running 6.0 Offre 2534 (v6.0.0570, Plate-forme 6.6.0.212) and the handheld is no more under warranty.
Has somebody ever have such problem ? Many thanks for your help crackberries users
A question: is there a dedicated service for BIS service on the BBY ?
