i have been using the torch now for about a week,and let me tell you its great i have downloaded ringtones and there nice and loud no freeze ups nothing, earpiece volume is nice and loud this is a damn good smartphone a very nice upgrade from the 9700 oh and one more thing blackberry is still number when it comes to security this russian firm just broke a very simple level of encryption security.something to think about cheers
