Now I'm noticing on a few websites, including the att site that its only $49 now.anyone know if att will maybe pay me the diifference with the rreceipt? Not certlain but they should just refund the difference. Just call the place you got it from and tell them ATT is advertising online for 49. Did u get at the ATT store?

I got mine at Best Buy for $49 on Black Friday and got a refund three weeks later because they were giving it away for free.
They told me that the time period to get that had to be within 30 days and I think AT&T has the same 30 day period.
I have not bought or upgraded any phones from AT&T for about 3 years now when I found out Best Buy will always undercut them.

You can get a Torch for $9.99 (referb, which isn't a bad thing) or $99.99 for a new one. This is on their web site.
