Text message wont open

I have a blackberry torch and my text messages wont open, i click on the message icon on the home screen and it comes up with a little message in a box saying 'Uncaught exception: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException'

does anyone know how to solve this?

also just recently my ebay app and facebook app have been really slow and not opening most of the time and my internet just comes up with a message telling me it cant find the server, does anyone know why this is? thanks
