I just got an E-mail from AT&T asking about the performance of the torch and what improvements does it need. Did anyone else get this survey? it's looking like att wants some feed back from torch users.
yep, on two Torches and sent to the att.blackberry.net email address associated with each. Reponded via the Torch...little cumbersome and more than the 15 mins they indicate it would take.
That survey was WAY longer than 15 minutes, I just finished it and wished I had started it while I was on the bus on my way to work than right before I went to bed!

Question for those that did get it. Did you buy your Torch at an AT&T store or someplace else like Best Buy? Just wondering if that's why some haven't gotten the survey.
Received the survey last night, filled it out this morning. It's pretty lengthy, but provides a great opportunity to provide feedback to AT&T/RIM regarding the Torch.
It was the world's longest 15 minutes. When the survey asked for detail, I detailed all the positive and negative things about the Torch, RIM and AT&T in hopes that the feedback will actually help. In real time, it took maybe 30 minutes on my Torch at 5:30 am.
