I have a blackberry Torch 9800 that I have unlocked and installed Rogers latest software version on. I deleted the vendor.xml files and was able to install the OS onto the device. I have noticed that it still contains all the AT&T information from themes, ring tones, start up screens and all. Is there a way to replace/reprogram the file to change all of that information to Rogers.

Nope. There's a reason it's called carrier "branding", it's irrevocably burned into the phone's memory at the factory.

....but it will make you stand out in Canada having the AT&T start-up screens instead of the "Rogers mobius" that everyone else has!
