When syncing my Outlook Contacts to my device the info (PIN) in Miscellaneous field 1 is no longer showing up in the PIN area on my BlackBerry. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled my Desktop Manager software for another unrelated syncing problem but this was an issue before I did that.

You configure the sync to map the fields from your phone to your contacts. You can not do this if you're wirelessly synching
Go into BB Desktop, select Organizer, click on "Learn more about synchronizing your organizer data", then scroll through until you find the topic "Customize the fields that synchronize between your smartphone and your computer".
