I'm trying to switch blackberrys through dm and keep getting error message ... Unable to retrieve the following file for backup from device onboard memory: "/store/BlackBerry/app_world/downloads/(my old pin#)/App name"
The pin that its showing is from a previous 9700 I had. I tried deleting the app and still same error. Tried reinstalling and same thing.
Anything else I can try???

When you try it again, don't transfer apps. After the switch is complete, reload only those apps compatible with OS 6M
