stuck in an endless agree to terms & download cycle
i'm trying to access app world on a 9800 I just gave to my wife and keep getting the Terms, agree / not agree. I select agree, then it just goes back where I started. This happens when I try to download an app, access my account or select payment options. I have set up the account for my wife (BB convert) and have security swiped twice. Now I'm hearing this is why nobody wants a BB after I've convinced her they are the greatest. Please help. Thanks.

Delete it, reboot and reinstall the latest from here,
