Hello, My green charging light won't shut off. I've tried everything. I plugged it in last night like I always do and this morning when I unplugged it the led ( solid green) won't shut off. I've pulled the battery for 30 minutes and still the same result. I restored it with blackberry desktop to a date when I knew everything was good. I have not downloaded any apps in awhile either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a hardware issue. Take the phone to a phone store and ask for their help. Most likely they will replace the phone.
