    anyone finds that when you remove the memory chip from the phone and put it back or even another on the phone takes forever to access it..

    everytime i use my phone im mass storage mode or swap memory chip it takes ages to access the phone practically sloooowwwwwwsssss down......

    Yeah, the phone is reading the "new" card, so that makes sense.

    Have you tried "Repairing" the card(s) in question? If the clusters are damaged, it may need repairing to reallocate everything as it should. I do this all the time with my 8gb card and it's still quick even being 4gb bigger than what it was shipped with.. Even go as far as reformatting...

    Anytime you take out and pop the SD card back in, or reboot (or unplug from the computer after being connected by USB), the Torch scans the memory card. If you have a lot on there -- particularly songs -- this can take several minutes. During that time, performance can be sluggish. But it's perfectly normal for the device.
