All I want to do is take a video I recorded onto my blackberry off onto my Mac. It wont bluetooth, it wont upload to youtube, I cant email it cause it says its to big. My desktop manager backs it up off the phone and wont open the file on my computer.
I simply want to take the video onto my computer from my blackberry.
Rossy was a bit short there, providing little details. When you connect your device to your computer, the phone automatically gives you the option to enable "mass storage" mode. This should allow you to browse the files on your phone as if it were a thumb drive. Hope this helps!
