Screen corners curved after OS6 Update

Hey guys, after updating my 9800 to os6
It seems my screen corners have been curved which is really annoying. Is there a way to reverse or get rid of this? Also don't know if it matters but I had the screen replaced yesterday. Anybody else noticed this?

I know that 9900 and beyond has those curves on the sides.

Idk how to actually do that lol. But ya its like these weird white curves on each corner. I don't like it at all. Which os can I use that is recent and doesn't have this?

None of the recent builds are squared off. You must have been running at least .246 (which dates back from Dec 2010), or older. That change happened back when the builds were somewhere in the .300s (early last year). The screen corners have been rounded ever since up to the newest available now, .706.

It honestly doesn't bother me a bit. Besides, they aren't there when playing videos.
