    Default ringtones / alerts missing

    Hello,
    For some reason this week my phone has decided to delete or lose all the original tomes / sounds / alerts etc that my phone had. My wife has a torch and all hers are there - we both run the same OS version but all my tones are missing and all my profiles just state "All alerts..." Under Notifier tone.

    I don't want the tones from previous phones which crackberry has threads on but I want the standard original tones from the torch

    Can anyone help?

    Try re-loading the OS if the stock tones are missing... If you are missing tones that you downloaded, it might be a buggy or missing SD card...
