    Default Ringtone defaulting constantly

    My phone just looses my selected ringtone randomly!!! And reverts back to my default bb circuit, what am i doing wrong when adjusting my rigntone the tones i set for different people are always in place,

    I've tried saving the tone to the device specifically but it still defaults!
