Default rim repair 9800?
Is the 9800 to old for rim to still accept it for any needed repairs?

Is it still under warranty? I don't think it's that old but might charge us slot if it's not warranty repair.

Default Why not try a local repair shop?
If you're in Vancouver you can try Megatronic Cell Phone Services on Kingsway at Clark Dr. They also repair by email through their website, I believe. I've had a few phones fixed there and always been very happy with the results.
