    Default Reset ver. 0.0 unknown found in application management ?

    hey there i noticed this in my applications management i've tried removing it and rebooting the phone but it just comes back.... i made a screen shot with capture it
    anyone have any idea what it is? and does anyone else have this?

    Pretty sure it's installed with QuickLaunch, it's part of it for the reboot option.

    I think NoahFecks' answer is correct. I have it on my phone, and also have QuickLaunch. The Installed date and time are the same for both.
