hi i have a replacement phone and i switch my emails as well and my main one the @att.blackberry.net didnt come up so i put my username and it not working who do i have to call and ask them to turn it on or do i have to make a new one
Call your service provider. They should be able to switch them manually from their end using your PIN number. When I worked at Verizon we had a special team just to handle blackberry BIS issues. I would imagine that att has a similar team considering they have more blackberry users than any other provider.
