Default replaced full housing, now digitizers not working!

i replaced my torch's full housing the other day, everything is working perfect, except the digitizer has stoped working, so now i cant use the screen

When I was trying to take the lcd screen of i heated the back plate and tried to take the screen of but there was alot of glue, so i used a pry tool to help lift as i was heating, the screen bended a few times, could that be a reason?

or when i was trying to lift the back slider part there was a little glue left at the bottom and it wouldnt come off but i didnt know about that and i thought its something to do with the slider flex cable and i accidently ripped that a bit. its this black cable, under that..

I want to know, to repair it, do i need a new digitizer or the lcd, or both??

thankss.

Default

there is a clip on the back of the lcd that the digitizer itself clips into...... maybe that clip was damaged..... I'm not sure! Is the digitizer ribbon fully in-tact? or the clip on the back of the lcd itself?

is it possible to show us the "rip" on the main ribbon?
