    Default rebooting loop

    my 9800 is locked in a continuous rebooting loop. anyone have a fix? tried a battery pull but of course that did nothing. anyone?

    Try reinstalling the OS using BB Desktop software, you will of course need to start out with the battery removed. When it reaches the reboot portion of the install phase, put your battery in. It may take a few tries to get the timing right but, it's an easy fix once you get it.

    I'm having the same issue as well but I never received the BB desktop software so what do I do now?

    Download from the BB website.

    I have tried this too - but the phone wont connect to the BB desktop software, i have updated etc.

    any ideas - other than buying a Galaxy s3????
