My last BlackBerry was the 8830 WE, and I tweaked and customized that phone to what I wanted. Now, I have the BlackBerry Torch 9800. Is there a thread for tweaking and customizing the Torch 9800?

Refer to the guide I created here to get the best apps. The guide was made for the 9780 so all of them would work on your Torch except for the Theme offcourse.
The first set are must have paid applications, and the next list contains must have FREE apps so feel free to browse through
I'm not sure the OP was referring to apps specifically.
As fas as customizing your Torch, it's pretty easy to customize. However, I feel like because there is so much a BlackBerry is capable of customizing, it can take forever to get the right settings for you. I'm still tweaking things 3 months after getting my Torch because I'm constantly learnng more about the device.
There should be a basic Torch user guide that will tell you how to do certain things, but honestly, sitting down and playing in the Options is sooo much fun for me.
