    I've restarted my computer, installed and unstalled the os twice and it still won't work, this pops up "One or more modules could not be resolved" what does that mean?

    Also here's the os file:

    9800M_PBr6.0.0_rel1907_PL6.4.0.210_A6.0.0.448_3_UK

    Are you using the App loader to install the OS.
