    Default problem with the Picture ID

    hi,

    I am having trouble with the Picture ID app, the app is not starting as soon as the call hits the phone. sometimes it freezes the screen for very long time.

    any suggestion to resolve this?

    The App seems incompatible with your device or OS. You may wanna contact Picture ID's support to get that resolved.
