My torch has started a weird problem, Sometimes When I press trackpad especially browsing music then half of the LCD or display goes pixelated. As I release the trackpad everything is fine again, and when I open anything with touch screen its just fine, I am really worried about it, What can be the Problem.
I would say that the connectors that go from the main body of the phone up to the screen part are being thrown off a bit when you got to use the track pad. I would suggest a battery pull first and see if it continues and if so try re-installing the OS. If you still face the same problem you would then be looking at a hardware issue and would have to check if its still under warranty or paid to get it repaired.
My BB Torch 9800 track pad suddenly stopped moving. It will select if the icon is highlighted but it will not move up, down, right or left. I have tried numerous battery pulls as well as changing the sensitivity. Help!
