problem with BB service

hi

i have problem with my device .. which is the bb can't connect to RIM

so my BBM not working

my phone was work good when i was in USA

but when i go back to country Egypt .. it's stop working .

i changed the si to local provider and all ok and i registered to BB service .. but the problem it's not working

i called the customer service and they told me the problem from the device it's self

i tried every thing and all not ok

now the question is i found in BB website software for my torch . can i for example install bell software which have the same version of my torch (AT&T)

is this save . plz i need help because i think the problem with the software

So long as the software is for your device model any carrier OS can be loaded. Be sure to remove all the vendor.xml files or the process will not work.

so i install any software .. the version is important or now

can i download this and install it please confirm this

That should be good to go. Install the OS on a PC computer. Remove the .xml files from the RIM folder. Hook up the phone. Run Loader.exe and all should be well. Be sure to let the process run to full completion. If still having trouble come back for more help. good luck.

it's very wired .. i installed the software and it's says installed successfully but when i check the device it's on the same os

and AT&T still showing .. that's wired ?

any help with this ?

it's unlocked my friend ... sorry it's was my fault .. now it's on the version i need but my original problem not solved

i called the company 10 times and they clear we have nothing to do ?


so where the problem now !!

Try to update the service books to those which used by your carrier manually.
