Please help me... I am looking for a Tutorial
- Hi,
I am a new blackberry user. I purchased the 9800 and am having a rough time syncing it with my MAC computer. I am a visual learner (hence why I switched to blackberry now that touch is available), and have a hard time learning by reading threads on my own. I am 23 and very tech savvy (once shown) and am looking for a tutorial (either group or one on one) in TORONTO with someone who knows the ins and outs of syncing, i-cal, and uploading apps between a blackberry and a Mac laptop. My estimate max 2 hrs of your time needed.
I am in desperate need of getting my phone in order... as I feel lost without my old I-phone.
If you know of an organization who does this, an individual who does this... or if you do this... or are competent enough to help me please send me a message ASAP at [email protected]

At the bottom is a section called "help & tutorials" select the tutorials.
There is some basic videos there.
For written help check the how-to in the same section as the tutorials.

This Link maybe a starting point Which is directly from RIMs' site:
Syncing Your Blackberry with a MAC
Tech support is available if additional assistance is needed.Last edited by Blacklatino; 11-16-10 at 09:52 AM. Reason: Revised

I truely hate the sync takes way too long.

Everything you guys are posting is for device help.
Ok. The device help was meant for future reference for a new device owner and media syncing with a MAC tutorial which covered his syncing with a MAC issue. My original post is now a link to RIM. Either way, help is there.11-16-10 10:20 AMLike 0
