Phone won't turn on
I have a torch that will not turn on it has a red light in the top corner that comes on for awhile and goes out it will do that for a long time, i tried doing things in other post but my pc will not recognize my bb, anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

i have tried this with no luck the apploader will not recognize the phone

If you're only getting to the LED being lit, I have to ask... Is it charged?

yes ive tried a few batteries now. however after i swapped usb cables i can get as far as reconecting to jvm and it gives me an error and will not continue

Try it a few times.. I have had some bb's that take upto 5 tries before it is successful

my torch 9800; i woke up this morning with it not turning on. only the red led light comes on i have no idea what happened, it was fine before i went to bed. now it wont turn on. iv tried taking the battery out, sim card, leaving it on charge. and nothing changes it.. what do i do !

hey i have a bb torch (9800) however the screen started getting all colorful and stripey and after a while the display went blank, my phone would turn on but as soon as its on it shuts down again and reboots and this kept happening until now the keyboard lights up but no display at all, what could be the cause of this??
