when i charge my phone the bottom back gets pretty warm..also when i talk it does the same...is this normal?

i have the same problem. Also, try touching your wall mount, mine is burning hot when its charging. i guess its normal

Its perfectly normal too me, specially after dealing with a Galaxy S captivate, you will never think a device is hot after handling one of those...

No heat whatsoever from my galaxy s vibrant , having said that,a little heat while charging is normal.

While a little heat is accepted for charging. I use meter berry and it is stating the device get's up to 98 and 104 degrees. While mildly surfing the web and checking db. Might do a os reload and see if there's a rouge process. But everytime I check the process manager area for cpu it's barely running. Yet the bottom where the keyboard is located is hot. Wonder if that's where the cpu is located?w

I get the heat on my 9550 as well too. Especially when I use GPS.
