you can password protect each application.
there are a number of 3rd party services at APP world..
check them out.

You can do both. The Torch has password protection built in the native security features also you can use the encryption to protect specific files. There are also several third party apps you can look at.

As was said, there's a few apps out there for this. I've never used any of them, so I can't recommend any.

You can password protect your whole phone though. Just go to Options> Security> Password, to set it all up.
