So I just got an Otterbox case for my Torch but after a short while (a minute orso) the screen freezes and the physical buttons stop working too. I believe this is a common issue with these cases but are there any solutions?

try a body glove snap on case

The same thing is happening to my torch 9800. The screen lock button seems to activate. The track pad doesn't respond either. I pulling the phone out of the case to turn the screen lock off.
